Prototype
A playable or interactive proof of concept that proves the core experience works. For games this is the core loop. For apps this is the key user interaction. Fast, rough, and focused on validation only.

Architecture
We set up the full technical foundation — repository, CI/CD pipeline, core systems design, coding standards, and database structure. Everything the production phase will be built on top of.

Systems Builds
The main body of development. Gameplay mechanics, AI, multiplayer, UI, backend, monetization, business logic - all built in defined sprints with regular builds and review sessions.

Integration
Art, audio, VFX, localization, and all external systems brought together into one coherent product. Every element connected, every dependency resolved, every screen populated with real content.

Head Box is a Web3 survival shooter. We built the full game on top of an existing art base - crypto wallet integration, payment infrastructure, all core gameplay systems, AI, and UI. Head Box is a third-person zombie survival game where players earn crypto rewards for kills and performance. Built on Unreal Engine with blockchain payment rails and a full session logging backend.

MFM
MFM a Web3 PvP fighting game built around NFT rabbits. We built the full product - combat system, networking, loot mechanics, NFT integration, and all UI. MFM is a round-based side-view fighter where players battle with NFT-equipped characters, pick buffs between rounds, and earn rewards. Every piece of equipment is on-chain, but the game runs fully without a wallet connected - Web3 extends the experience, it doesn't block it.
