Easy Ships
Easy Ships is an industrial training simulator built for maritime and offshore workers - designed to run as a standalone enterprise training platform. PlayFusion Labs owned the full production pipeline on Unreal Engine 5, from environment creation and level design through to NPC systems, interaction logic, and UI implementation.
The simulation places workers in realistic industrial scenarios where they complete safety-critical tasks, interact with equipment, and follow operational protocols. Every environment was built to reflect real working conditions - scene composition, lighting, and object placement were designed around task completion and spatial orientation, not visual spectacle.
The interaction layer covers a full quest system that guides workers through training sequences, interactive object systems that respond to correct and incorrect actions, and locomotion built for first-person industrial navigation. NPC behaviour supports scenario-driven instruction and response. Sound design and audio integration reinforce environmental realism and task feedback throughout each session. UI/UX was implemented to stay functional and unobtrusive - the interface serves the training, not the other way around.
