Total Virus

23:38Total Virus is a sci-fi real-time strategy game set in a world of rogue AI and digital warfare. PlayFusion Labs took it from concept to MVP - game design document, narrative, all core systems, 3D art, characters, animations, and back-end infrastructure built entirely in-house on Unreal Engine 5.

The strategic layer runs on a modular architecture designed to support complex unit interactions, multiplayer functionality, and content expansion without rebuilding core systems. AI behavior drives enemy decision-making across different unit types with distinct combat patterns and escalating threat logic. Quest and progression systems layer on top of the core loop to support both campaign structure and replayability. Every mechanic was designed from a full GDD - narrative design and game systems were built in parallel, not retrofitted.

On the art side the team delivered full 3D environments, character creation, animations, and VFX built for a top-down perspective where readability and visual hierarchy matter as much as aesthetics. UI/UX was designed to keep strategic information accessible without cluttering the play space. Back-end and ecosystem infrastructure supports multiplayer sessions, content pipeline, and cross-platform optimization. Audience research and analytics framework were built in as part of the pre-release preparation.

Total Virus is currently at MVP stage and actively seeking a publisher.
